Current Board Members

NEIL SHEN — CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Neil is a senior studying Computer Science. Originally from China, he grew up in Vancouver, Canada and attended high school in Massachusetts. After working in private equity and family offices previously, he interned at Morgan Stanley’s Menlo Park office this past summer under the technology investment banking group. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, trying restaurants and leaving reviews on Beli, and playing tennis.

MARIAM CRAIG — CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Mariam is a senior majoring in Earth Systems and minoring in Computer Science. She is originally from New York City and has experience working in Private Equity and Investment Banking. After her freshman and sophomore years, she worked at Thoma Bravo in Private Credit and Private Equity. This past summer, she worked at Morgan Stanley in their Technology Investment Banking Group in Menlo Park and will be returning full-time in July. She enjoys running, traveling, and trying new restaurants with friends.

VICTORIA ROMANO — CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Victoria is a senior from Milan, Italy, majoring in Economics with a concentration in Finance. This past summer, she interned as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan in New York City, where she will return full-time after graduation. Previously, she gained experience in private equity at STAR Capital in London. In her free time, Victoria enjoys traveling, sailing, and exploring new activities with friends.

FELIPE TEIXEIRA — VICE PRESIDENT, RECRUITING

Felipe, a senior originally from Brazil, is majoring in Computer Science. After his sophomore year, he worked at a special situations fund investing across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. This past summer, he interned at Insight Partners, a global software investment firm, where he will return full-time after graduation. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, listening to podcasts, and attending classical music concerts.

ELLEN WANG — VICE PRESIDENT, RECRUITING

Ellen is a junior majoring in Economics and minoring in Data Science. She is originally from Boston and has experience interning in private equity at KKR and Audax. She enjoys competing for Stanford's fencing team, creating vlogs, and going on nature walks.

KATHERINE JESTER — VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE OUTREACH

Katherine is a sophomore in Stanford’s School of Engineering, majoring in Product Design on the AI track. She is originally from Los Angeles and has experience in both investment banking and private equity having interned at Palm Tree LLC, Bregal Sagemount, and Solidity Lane. This past summer, she interned in investment banking at DelMorgan & Co. in Santa Monica. In her free time, she enjoys teaching yoga, playing pickleball, and trying new restaurants.

ALEX LIU — VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE OUTREACH

Alex is a senior majoring in Economics. He grew up in China, studied abroad in Japan, and gained Venture Capital experience in Tokyo. This past summer, he interned in Investment Banking in Hong Kong, and next summer he will be joining Morgan Stanley’s Global Capital Markets Group in New York. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring different cuisines, swimming, and karaoke with friends.

CHARLIE SEYMOUR — VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE OUTREACH

Charlie is a junior majoring in Management Science & Engineering with a minor in Computer Science. He grew up in LA and has a deep interest in technology and the aerospace & defense sector. Freshman summer, he worked in Wealth Management at Bank of America and this past summer, in Consulting for McKinsey’s TMT practice in NYC. In his free time, he enjoys going to concerts, cooking, and going for runs.

HENRY CLARK — VICE PRESIDENT, PROGRAMMING

Henry is a junior at Stanford University majoring in Economics. He has experience across private equity and private credit, having worked at Corsair Capital and Sound Point Capital, and will join Evercore’s Technology M&A team in Menlo Park as a Summer Analyst in 2026. Originally from New York City, he enjoys basketball, strategy games, and spending time with friends.

CHELSEA HU — VICE PRESIDENT, PROGRAMMING

Chelsea is a sophomore studying Economics and Chemistry. She grew up in Vancouver, Canada, and has experience in private equity and public equity investing. This past summer, she interned at a Palo Alto family office and subsequently the Life Sciences Group at Hillhouse Investment. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, golfing, and going on café crawls with her friends.

GEORGE ZHANG — VICE PRESIDENT, COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND SOCIAL

George is a sophomore from Philly studying Economics and Computer Science. He interned at a technology boutique investment bank this summer in NYC and is interested in restructuring, technology, and value investing. George also enjoys Robin Williams movies, cheering on the Eagles, taking pictures around the Bay with his Sony A7iii, and is always down to grab a coffee at Coupa.

CHARLOTTE RICHARD — VICE PRESIDENT, ALUMNI AND MENTORING

Charlotte is a junior majoring in Economics and minoring in Political Science & Art History. She is originally from Greenwich, CT and spent this past summer interning at Blue Owl Capital within their Technology Direct Lending team. Next summer, she will be working as an Investment Banking Analyst at JP Morgan in their New York office. She spends her free time running and taking yoga classes, trying new coffee & matcha shops with friends, and reading historical fiction.
